With a background in both molecular biology and art, my interests lie in the intersection between science, medicine, humanity, and art. The aim of my artistic pursuits is to pose critical questions that stem from the individual and communal human experience. In addition to my multi-faceted interests, my background as a Bahraini-Canadian beckons me to create art that reflects my background. What is evident across my projects is the transference of skill sets from both my science and art background to craft question-filled pieces.
